Job Description
-
Provide direct and indirect service throughout a guest's dining experience

Must be a prositive, consistent hospitality oriented, role model to other staff and guests

Assist servers as necessary to improve our guests' experience

Abide by the "every table is your station" rule

Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant

Perform opening, running and closing sidework assignments

Always exceed guests expectations
Requirements
-
High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Must be 18 years of age or older
-
Prefer a minimum of one year of previous fine dining serving experience

Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)

Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
-
Must be able to stand on ones feet for extended periods of time, walking constatnly and communicate for 7-8 hours at a time
-
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
