                Job Description
                
                
                    
                        
	- 
		Maintain all aspects fo the line area and food items
 
	- 
		Provide a positive, consistent leadership role model to hourly staff
 
	- 
		Use check lists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift
 
	- 
		Follow all company specifications and procedure to ensure perfect food
 
	- 
		Follow and use all food safety procedures and logs
 
	- 
		Follow all food rotation and re-stocking procedure using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method
 
                    
                 
             
            
            
            
                Requirements
                
                
                    
                        
	- 
		High School diploma or equivalent is prefered
 
	- 
		Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred
 
	- 
		Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
 
	- 
		Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
 
	- 
		Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
 
	- 
		Standing, bending, crawling, using hands to grasp, stoop, reach overhead, walk for 10-12 hours at a time
 
	- 
		Lift objects up to 50 lbs
