Rio Bravo Cantina was a popular tex-mex style restaurant serving metro Atlanta from 1985 - 2004. We are currently seeking crewmembers to be a part of the re-launch of Ray's Rio Bravo. As a Hospitality Specialist with Ray's Rio Bravo, you are the FIRST and LAST person our guests will come in contact with. Our guests' first and last impression of US is YOU. Your behavior should be that of smiles and genuine hospitality at all times.
One of the most important functions you will be responsible for is the cultivation of new and regular guests by being an individual with a high level of woo. Woo is a verb meaning to seek the favor, support or custom of.
Hospitality Specialist Job Description

Promotes and maintains positive guest relations

Greets guest in a friendly and inviting manner

Engages in a friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion

Introduces guests to their servers

Manages the restaurant wait-list during high volume

Maintains the flow of the restaurant

Clears, cleans and resets tables to ensure they are ready for the next guests

Always sincerely thanks guests as they leave and invites them to return
Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have a minimum of one year previous customer service, retail sales or food service experience

Demonstrates ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, energetic and outgoing manner

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably in English
